Organizational cultures can make or break the effectiveness of a prevention program. A good prevention message isn't enough. Prevention programs achieve their desired outcomes best when they're supported by an engaged, motivated organizational culture.
But what is organizational culture? How can prevention organizations cultivate it?
This class will introduce students to some of the most inspiring organizational cultures in the world. Students will leave with a deeper practical understanding of the connection between organizational culture and service effectiveness.
