This ten week course will introduce students to the practice of yoga and mindfulness for substance abuse therapists and other mental health clinicians. Students will get an opportunity to practice mindfulness and understand the clinical applications that might be useful for clients recovering from addictive behaviors. We will also look at the research showing how mindfulness works.
